Custom Pneumatic Logic Boards

Pneumatic logic boards use air pressure to open or close pneumatic values to perform logic operations. This finds use in pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems. and control circuits that are magnetic interference tolerant. A H-Bridge module, a module that can reverse the direction of air flow, has been made in house (Dimensions: 60x60x10mm. Material: silicon and acrylic). Four normally ON pneumatic switches can be fit per 60x60x10mm module. Modules can be linked together to make more complex pneumatic circuits. Ask about custom circuit boards.

thin Flexible Heat Sink

Made-to-order flexible heat sinks that are able to fit into corners that rigid heat sinks cannot accommodate. Fernbrake LLC liquid cooled heat sinks can be bent 180 degrees with a radius of bend approximately 10mm. Heat sink height is approximately 1mm, width and length made to order. Ask about custom footprint and heat dissipation.

Super life MINIATURE air pump

An air pump entirely insulated from friction wear and can fit in an 60x60x10mm module. test model currently 60x60x60mm for ease of testing but will be scaled to module size once testing is complete.
